A home is probably the most expensive purchase you will ever make, so make sure it’s a sensible one.

Investing in a Home Condition Survey (HCS) will help you to understand the pros and cons of your potential purchase, give you peace of mind – and can save you thousands of pounds later down the line.

An HCS is a plain English, jargon-free report on the property’s condition. Please click here ’HCR Reportto find out what a report looks like and what it contains. For more information on what the home survey offers and how to arrange one please feel free to email or call me.

Boiler plus – From the 6th April 2018 there will be big changes to the legislation around the manufacture and installation of heating systems. Installers who fail to install boilers in line with "Boiler Plus" will be breaking the law and could be prosecuted by Building Control.

Prices based on individual work. Discounts for volume work
